In many cases, these families lack enough money to enhance the education of their children and face the stress of having to encounter cyclic trends of poverty between parents and children. This happens because many children often have executive functions that often do not work (Ollendick 1998:26). Such inattention from parents leads to attention deficit and hyperactivity disorder which is quite challenging.When parents are stressed, they worry a lot. They do not focus on the present moment or their childrenà ¢Ã¢â€š ¬s lives. Children in a family often have needs which are minute and need accurate dependence on the parents. They view the parents as pillars to whom they can find guidance and direction. When parents are stressed, they are worried an d unable to cope with the additional children statuses. Research shows that children with problematic genes as well as troublesome environments have a tendency to acquire aggressive behaviors (Ollendick 1998:17).According to the writer, the role of teachers in these circumstances can be immense. He adds on page 19 that, these teachers can create environment genes to interact and create a child of gentle and humble temperance (Ollendick 1998). In this case, teachers could have a day in school where such parents would be invited for a fun day with their kids.
